I don't have any more information about people than what you see on the web site. Your best bet for finding this sort of information is to browse my guestbook.

I requested one from the Navy but did not get back what I thought I had ordered. At this point it is doubtful that I will ever manage to get access to such a roster, much less get it onto the website.

Only what is on the website. Check out some of the other links at the bottom of the main page for other historical references.

If you have a printer you can print any of the photos on the site yourself. As for glossy prints, the majority of the photos you see on the site are submitted by others via email.
If you want a higher quality picture than you can get with your printer, you might try your local copy shop. Most of them can access the photo via the Internet and print it on whatever paper type you wish. I do not personally have any way to do this on my own.

I don't own the majority of the photos on the website as they have been sent to me via email by others. I've placed them on the site with their permission. I think most folks won't mind you keeping personal copies of the photos. But if you are wanting to put one of the photos on another website or in a book, you should check with the author of the photo first. I've tried to keep track on the site of who submitted each photo. In a few cases there is an email address next to the photo.

Due to space and time constraints, I am no longer able to put anything on the site.

Unfortunately I no longer have time to maintain this as an active website. It is now a static archive. However, I do plan to keep the site alive for many, many years to come.

Well, I used to try, but I often got way behind. I'm truly amazed at the traffic this site has generated. As of 2005 I am no longer able to keep up with the requests and email traffic.
