For dinner tonight I fried up some turkey bacon and then fried a couple of eggs over medium. Simple and quick!

My wife cooked breakfast this morning.  Scrambled eggs with some assorted red and green diced peppers and sliced avocado.  Cooked in grass fed butter.  Very nice!
