My Paleo Diet

This is what I had today for lunch at Mamaveca in Norman, OK – Ceviche de Pescado.  Best tortilla place in Norman (I know, I know, but I didn’t eat very many chips or tortillas.  I did have some, though – just couldn’t resist).

But this is raw marinated fish, very tart and tangy with a heavy lime influence (at least that’s what it tastes like to me).  Something akin to raw (and cooked) corn nuts, and sweet potatoes.  One of my favorite dishes!
