Salad and Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ok, maybe I’m in a rut, but it sure is good! I sliced a handful of Brussels sprouts in half and pan-cooked them in sausage grease from breakfast. Brushed a little olive oil on top as well. Also made a salad with hot banana pepper slices, avocado, and oil and vinegar dressing. Also had a sliced Roma tomato on the side.
