Sauteed mushrooms and shallots

Sautéed mushrooms and shallots

1 cup of sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup of sliced shallots
Olive oil to coat 1/3 of the pan
Splash of Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1 tsp minced garlic (or to taste – optional)

Add olive oil to pan and set to medium heat
When pan is heated, add all ingredients
Continue to toss, flip, and stir until shallots have caramelized and mushrooms have darkened
